State-of-the-art design hardware and software is used to
generate accurate 3D surface models of new designs.
PC based CAD systems include AutoCAD, Rhinoceros (3D NURB based modelling package), and the principal system, Anvil Express (3D surface modelling). These various packages facilitate the generation of a wide range of presentations including 2D technical drawings, technically accurate 3D surface models, and colour shaded 3D visualisations. If required physical models can be produced either by stereolithography or CNC machined from acrylic.

Following customer approval, the computer model is transferred electronically to the mouldmaker who uses the same data to cut the blowmould cavities. This process ensures the highest accuracy and repeatability coupled with the fastest delivery resulting in products which are 'on time' and 'right first time'.
